Energy Efficiency Works in Pittsfield

About Powering Pittsfield: The Powering Pittsfield Community Energy Challenge is a city-led outreach initiative designed to engage and empower residents and business owners to contribute to the goal of a 20% community-wide energy use reduction by 2020.

Working with our partners at Berkshire Gas and WMECo, Powering Pittsfield is able to provide a Concierge Service through the Center for EcoTechnology (CET).   This Concierge Service will guide participants along every step in the process from finding energy efficiency opportunities to implementing energy conservation measures while taking advantage of the unbelievable incentives and rebates now available.

Powering Pittsfield is a great resource for businesses, property owners and residents looking to increase their energy efficiency, with little or no up-front costs.  Increasing energy efficiency will shrink your carbon footprint with the immediate benefits of reduced energy bills and an increased level of comfort in your home or business.

Powering Pittsfield is currently engaging businesses and building owners in our downtown area of North and South Streets.  We will soon be reaching out to homeowners in the Morningside and Westside neighborhoods.
